MEGACASH is an electronic money and the balance is stored on the chip card. MEGACASH issued by Bank Mega uses chips to save and secure the value of money stored in it.

Does not require a signature or PIN when making transactions

Card Balance Limit

Maximum balance stored in card is Rp 1.000.000 (one millions rupiah)

The Card Has No Expired Date

MEGACASH cards can be used during transactions in good condition and the balance on the card can be read by a card reader

Free Admin Fee

Customers are free of monthly admin fees

No Hold Balance

Customers can use all of their balance to make transactions

Top Up MEGACASH

Customers can top up MEGACASH at the following services:

Top Up Direct

Customers bring MEGACASH cards

Enter the MEGAPASS card to the ATM
Enter the MEGAPASS PIN
Select Menu “Lainnya”
Select MEGACASH “Top Up Mega Cash” Menu
Tap or Place the MEGACASH card on the card tray and proceed to the next menu
Select the Top Up value or enter another number (press "Benar").
If the transaction is successful, the balance on the MEGACASH card will be increased / added and the ATM will print the receipt

Top Up Indirect

Customers do not bring MEGACASH cards

Enter the MEGAPASS card to the ATM
Enter the MEGAPASS PIN
Select Menu “Lainnya”
Select MEGACASH “Top Up Mega Cash” Menu
Press "Tidak" on the confirmation screen "Membawa kartu MEGACASH?"
Enter the MEGACASH card number
Select the Top Up value or enter another number (press "Benar")
When the transaction is successful the ATM will print a receipt

*The customer must make an Update Balance transaction at Bank Mega ATM to transfer the balance to the card

Update Balance

Update MEGACASH Balance at Bank Mega ATM

Tap or Place the MEGACASH card on the Card Tray at the Mega Bank ATM
Press the green or Enter button
Select Menu “Prepaid”, The ATM will read the MEGACASH Card Balance
After the balance and card number appear, select the “Update Balance” menu
The ATM will print the receipt if the transaction is successful, the balance on MEGACASH will be increased/ added according to the top up transaction value and the Indirect Top Up transaction is complete

Top Up via Mega Internet

Login to MEGA Internet
Select the Reload menu
Select the “Mega Cash” menu
Select From Account as a Top Up funding source
Enter Top Up value
Enter transaction information if needed
Enter the MEGACASH card number, then press "Confirm" to continue the transaction
Enter the Token Number sent via SMS to the registered number
MEGA Internet displays a confirmation page when the transaction is successful

*The customer must make an Update Balance transaction at Bank Mega ATM to transfer the balance to the card
